HUMBLY ME

I grow up in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. I used to be a telemarketer before i embarking to my current profession. My hobbies is in to running, high intensity interval training and hiking. I use to do running and coaching for marathon, trail running and ultra marathon. Unfortunely, due to bone spur in my feet I have no choice to stop long distance running and I keep a short distance running as my regular weekly work out.
